Dried Kumarahou 1g

The Kumarahou used in this product is sustainable and harvested fresh in New Zealand.  Kumarahou is known for its powerful effect on the respiratory system.  It is often used to treat coughs, colds, flu, asthma, bronchitis and emphysema.  It works by opening the bronchials, reducing and removing phlegm from the lungs and detoxing the blood.  It is also used as a tonic for overall health.  Although it tastes bitter, it leaves behind a sweet aftertaste.
 
Store in a cool dark place.
 
Directions:  Place one teaspoon of Kumarahou in a cup, add one cup of boiled water, steep for at least 5 minutes, strain and enjoy.
